Volvi\u00f3 la presencialidad al 100% despu\u00e9s de dos a\u00f1os cohabitando con la virtualidad y con ella la d\u00e9cimo tercera edici\u00f3n de Circulart que, se empez\u00f3 a vivir con emoci\u00f3n desde muy temprano.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n El Teatro Comfama Alfonso Restrepo Moreno fue el primer punto de encuentro y de acreditaci\u00f3n. Largas filas empezaron a desfilar en la entrada de un teatro que se preparaba para darle la bienvenida a una edici\u00f3n m\u00e1s y sobre todo, al componente educativo, tan esperado a\u00f1o tras a\u00f1o, pues, es el espacio para conversar, hablar y actualizarse sobre temas relacionados a la industria de la m\u00fasica.<\/span><\/p>\n La jornada inici\u00f3 con el SEED (Seminario de Derechos Digitales) y el primer panel: Caras y actores dentro del Derecho de Autor con Yuri Buenaventura, Ana Rodriguez de IMMF, Jean Claude Chamoux de SACEM, Patricia Carrera, de Control Freaks y Jordi Puy, de Unison.<\/span><\/p>\n En este panel tan nutrido se tocaron temas puntuales como lo es el Derecho de Autor.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cEl sistema de la protecci\u00f3n de derecho de autor existe, lo que pasa es que, no existe en las sociedades el respeto por ese derecho\u201d <\/span><\/i>afirm\u00f3 con vehemencia el artista Yuri Buenaventura, quien tambi\u00e9n cont\u00f3 sus experiencias pasadas, el desconocimiento y la poca importancia a sus derechos de autor sobre sus canciones.<\/span><\/p>\n Ana Rodriguez, de IMMF tambi\u00e9n apunt\u00f3:<\/span> \u201cCuando no est\u00e1n los artistas involucrados en esto (Derechos de Autor) y no conocen sus derechos, el discurso no tiene porqu\u00e9 cambiar y las cosas no van a mejorar\u201d.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n Luego continuamos con el <\/span>segundo panel, El valor de los derechos en el contexto actual con Chris Knight, de Roc Nation y Jordi Puy (Unison).\u00a0<\/span>En este panel, se hizo enfasis en que, los artistas deben conocer sus derechos y en registrar su arte. Ante eso, Chris Knight, de Roc Nation coment\u00f3 sobre el nuevo rol del manager en la actualidad <\/span>\u201c<\/span><\/i>Mientras estamos siendo negociantes, buscamos ser mercaderistas. Antes no ten\u00edamos que serlo. Hay cien mi nuevas canciones subiendo a plataformas y tenemos que competir con eso\u201d.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n A las 12 del mediodia se realiz\u00f3 el tercer panel en donde se convers\u00f3 sobre Gaming, NFT\u2019s, Inteligencia artificial y los retos para el derecho de autor en la m\u00fasica con Gerry Rosado, de Relatable, Nic\u00f3las Maodery, de FUTURX, Enigma.art y Karen Allen, de Infinite Album.<\/span><\/p>\n En este panel se hicieron reflexiones y develaciones valiosas sobre los juegos de m\u00fasica, NFT\u2019s <\/span>\u201cHablar de derechos y hablar de NFT es hablar de un terreno casi desconocido. Una selva donde nos tenemos que meter\u201d <\/span><\/i>coment\u00f3 Nic\u00f3las Maodery, quien ha estado explorando sobre estas nuevas posibilidades de mercado. Al igual, Karen Allen dej\u00f3 claridad en que, el gaming en la m\u00fasica no tiene la idea de reemplazar a los artistas <\/span>\u201cal contrario es algo completamente nuevo para lo cual hay una necesidad en la industria de contenidos en general\u201d <\/span><\/i>\u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n \u201cSi eres un artista independiente\u00a0 y no tienes suficientes fans, audiencia en plataformas musicales, tienes que hacer negocio con el juego. Puedes ponerte en el juego que tiene una necesidad y deseo de m\u00fasica en el caso de productos virtuales\u201d Karen Allen.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n En la segunda jornada se llevaron a cabo dos paneles; Spotify, el viaje de una canci\u00f3n con Laura Mar\u00edn (Spotify) y Herramientas para la gesti\u00f3n y promoci\u00f3n de tu catalogo musical con AJ Weaver, de Disco y Patricia Carrera, de Control Freaks.<\/span><\/p>\n En el primero, Laura comparti\u00f3 recomendaciones a los artistas en cuanto al uso de Spotify y coment\u00f3 sobre la herramienta Spotify for Artist. <\/span>\u00a0\u201cLa mitad de la vida es suerte y la otra mitad es preparaci\u00f3n, para que cuando se presente la suerte, est\u00e9s preparado\u201d <\/span><\/i>coment\u00f3<\/span> Laura Mar\u00edn.<\/span><\/p>\n Por otra parte, en el \u00faltimo panel del SEDD, Patricia Carrera, comparti\u00f3 datos e informaci\u00f3n sobre algunas herramientas para la gesti\u00f3n y promoci\u00f3n del cat\u00e1logo musical. <\/span>\u201cUna segunda fuente que usamos son referidos de esa fuente confiable. Y la tercera, que es el \u00faltimo caso, es hacer b\u00fasqueda random.
