header_6_text_shadow_vertical_length=\u00bbheader_6_text_shadow_style,%91object Object%93&#8243; header_6_text_shadow_blur_strength=\u00bbheader_6_text_shadow_style,%91object Object%93&#8243; background_pattern_color=\u00bbrgba(0,0,0,0.2)\u00bb background_mask_color=\u00bb#ffffff\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fundaci\u00f3n SURA, en conjunto con RedLat y Relatable, convocan a solistxs o agrupaciones de m\u00fasica de diversos g\u00e9neros: rock, jazz, tradicional, electr\u00f3nica, cantautorxs, hip hop, reggae y pop, que tengan residencia en Colombia, Chile o M\u00e9xico a postularse para participar en el Programa de formaci\u00f3n de M\u00fasicaLab: <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gesti\u00f3n para la Transformaci\u00f3n Digital<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfEn qu\u00e9 consiste?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El objetivo es formar y acompa\u00f1ar a artistxs de Latinoam\u00e9rica para poder incursionar en procesos de transformaci\u00f3n digital, propiciando capacidades para innovar e integrar nuevas herramientas que impulsen su desarrollo en el contexto actual.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lxs seleccionadxs participar\u00e1n en un curso en l\u00ednea con una duraci\u00f3n de 9 semanas, durante las cuales se comprometen a cursar tres talleres, realizar trabajos, asistir a conferencias y recibir asesor\u00edas individuales, todo de manera virtual.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">8 horas de lectura y participaci\u00f3n en plataforma\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 horas de asesor\u00edas\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6 horas de clases online\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3 horas de conferencias\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5 horas de elaboraci\u00f3n de actividades y trabajo final\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Requisitos para postular<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Residencia del proyecto musical en M\u00e9xico, Colombia y\/o Chile.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ser el representante autorizado del proyecto musical (manager, representante legal, integrante activo). Caso de estudio: aprendizaje a trav\u00e9s de las experiencias de otros para salir de nuestro ciclo convencional de pensamiento.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Talleres: contenido formativo en formato de lecturas, videos, podcast, foros de discusi\u00f3n y una clase virtual. Las tema\u0301ticas propuestas son:\u00a0 <\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gesti\u00f3n musical para los nuevos entornos digitales: c\u00f3mo implementar una metodolog\u00eda para monetizar y crear m\u00e1s y mejor arte.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Narrativas digitales y autoproduccio\u0301n: encontrar una voz propia que facilite la
