En medio de una pandemia y una propuesta de reforma fiscal por parte del Gobierno que perjudicaba directamente los bolsillos de los sectores m\u00e1s desprotegidos, el pueblo colombiano decidi\u00f3 alzar la voz tomando las calles y proclamando su derecho a manifestarse en espacios p\u00fablicos. Desafortunadamente, la respuesta a la leg\u00edtima protesta social ha sido una represi\u00f3n violenta por parte del Gobierno Colombiano.<\/p>\n<p>Para enfrentar, contribuir y apoyar a las y los colombianos en medio de este proceso del Despertar democr\u00e1tico, la comunidad musical internacional convoca a la fuerza universal de la m\u00fasica y hace un llamado desde su m\u00e1s profundo sentido de justicia y progreso para unir al mundo entero alrededor de las hermanas y hermanos colombianos.<\/p>\n<p>Con esta declaraci\u00f3n firmada por m\u00e1s de 280 organizaciones internacionales y artistas de m\u00e1s de 22 pa\u00edses del mundo, (disponible desde el sitio web <u>https:\/\/despertardemayo.org\/)<\/u>, entre quienes se encuentra Gustavo Santaolalla, Rub\u00e9n Blades, Residente, Rub\u00e9n Albarr\u00e1, Jorge Drexler, Aterciopelados, Piero, Pedro Guerra, Lido Pimienta, entre otros cientos, se busca visibilizar el ataque directo en contra de los derechos humanos con un saldo en este momento de 43 personas asesinadas, 18 casos de violencia sexual y al menos 548 personas desaparecidas, seg\u00fan los datos registrados hasta el 18 de mayo por las ONG Temblores e Indepaz.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de esta declaraci\u00f3n, est\u00e1 programado el panel \u201cM\u00fasica para levantar la voz: el despertar Colombiano\u201d el lunes 24 de mayo a las 11:00 hrs. (MEX &#8211; COL), en donde se hablar\u00e1 sobre la importancia de la m\u00fasica en este contexto de despertar social y su papel en la transformaci\u00f3n hacia sociedades m\u00e1s justas. Alliance International (FAI), en esta oportunidad ser\u00e1 digital, aunque su sede por lo general est\u00e1 en en Kansas City, Missouri, (USA). Circulart realiza este a\u00f1o <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">una alianza con Folk Alliance International con el prop\u00f3sito de abrir nuevas oportunidades de mercado y de intercambio entre norteam\u00e9rica y latinoam\u00e9rica. Contaremos con una delegaci\u00f3n de agrupaciones colombianas participando en los showcases digitales de FA<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I. <\/span><\/h5><h5><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esta participaci\u00f3n tiene la misi\u00f3n de internacionalizar la diversidad musical presente en cada uno de estos artistas, as\u00ed mismo, generar conexiones, realizar acuerdos y negocios con los creadores, participantes y profesionales de diversos lugares del mundo que convergen en este importante encuentro: FAI.<\/span><\/h5><h5><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Folk Alliance International (FAI) se fund\u00f3 en 1989 para conectar a los l\u00edderes de la m\u00fasica folk con el objetivo de mantener la comunidad y el g\u00e9nero. Es la voz internacional l\u00edder para la m\u00fasica folcl\u00f3rica, una organizaci\u00f3n art\u00edstica sin fines de lucro y designada por la <\/span><b>National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">como la Organizaci\u00f3n Nacional de Servicios de Arte,\u00a0 miembro de la <\/span><b>Alianza de Conferencias de Artes Esc\u00e9nicas (APAC)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 y la <\/span><b>Alianza de Artes Esc\u00e9nicas (PAA).<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h5><h5><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entre Circulart y FAI se han estrechado lazos de trabajo a lo largo del tiempo, desde el 2017 FAI ha estado presente en las ruedas de negocios, aprovechando estas para conocer el mercado cultural colombiano y posibilitar nuevos procesos y sinergias. Para la edici\u00f3n 2021, se ha creado esta alianza entre ambos mercados, con el prop\u00f3sito principal de generar nuevos mercados para los artistas de Am\u00e9rica Latina y norteam\u00e9rica:\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los grupos que presentar\u00e1 CIRCULART para el FAI 2021 son:<\/span><\/h5><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><h5><b>Palo Cruzao:<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Ganadores del Latin Grammy en 2016 en la categor\u00eda \u201cMejor \u00e1lbum Folcl\u00f3rico\u201d con su \u00e1lbum \u201cEn Armon\u00edas Colombianas\u201d. Creado en 1998 con el prop\u00f3sito de difundir y promover el folclor de los llanos del Orinoco. Es considerado como una de las mejores agrupaciones del g\u00e9nero llanero gracias a sus destacadas actuaciones en diferentes escenarios y a su constancia en la labor que viene realizando desde hace ya 22 a\u00f1os.<\/span><\/h5><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><h5><b>Emilsen Pacheco y su Bullerengue Tradicional de San Juan De Urab\u00e1:\u00a0 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">San Juan reside Emilsen Pacheco Blanco, hijo de Ma\u00e1rgara Blanco, quien fuera la jefa antigua del bullerengue en el pueblo. Despu\u00e9s de su muerte es Pacheco quien asume la direcci\u00f3n del grupo. \u00c9l es un legendario tambolero y cantante de la regi\u00f3n; es un maestro bullerenguero nato, quien con su grupo ha ganado decenas de trofeos en los festivales nacionales de bullerengue y es reconocido como una autoridad en el tema.<\/span><\/h5><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><h5><b>Sin\u00fa Sax Quartet:\u00a0 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es una agrupaci\u00f3n especializada en interpretar m\u00fasica de la regi\u00f3n Caribe colombiana, arreglada con t\u00e9cnicas y sonoridades vanguardistas pero conservando su m\u00e1gica esencia. El grupo se forma en el a\u00f1o 2005 en las aulas de m\u00fasica de la Universidad de C\u00f3rdoba, Colombia y hasta la fecha ha realizado giras de conciertos en gran parte del territorio nacional y a nivel internacional.<\/span><\/h5><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><h5><b>Siguarajazz: <\/b>Siguarajazz Orquesta es un proyecto con 20 a\u00f1os de trayectoria. Seis discos y dos Lps hacen parte del proceso creativo de estos m\u00fasicos. Los ritmos afroantillanos, el sonido explosivo de la salsa brava, la mezcla con la m\u00fasica colombiana y las expresiones del jazz latino son la clave para un espect\u00e1culo lleno de energ\u00eda y baile.
